RONETIX Power Embedded Debug Interface Supports Xilinx Zynq

Ronetix’s power embedded debug interface (PEEDI) now supports the Xilinx Zynq family. This is in addition to support for ARM, Cortex, XScale, ColdFire, Blackfin, MIPS32 and AVR32. The new support helps engineers with Flash programming and high speed GNU gdb debugging. The Ronetix PEEDI with support for Xilinx Zynq family is available now.

PEEDI can be used with any GNU gdb based debugger Eclipse, without any additional software. This makes PEEDI host operating system independent. In addition, PEEDI supports programming of over 1000 NOR Flash chips, NAND Flash, SPI and I2C FLASH/EEPROM and can work in standalone mode. PEEDI also supports several flash profiles, which enables the programming of a complete Linux system at once: U-BOOT, Linux Kernel and JFFS2/YAFFS/UBIFS root file system.
