Agility Tools Now Part of Mentor Graphics
Mentor Graphics has acquired the C synthesis assets of Agility Design Solutions. The tools were formerly owned and marketed by Celoxica. Mentor Graphics will continue to support existing customers. In addition, Mentor will offer an upgrade path to Catapult C Synthesis. The electronic system level (ESL) products involved include the Handel C-based algorithm synthesis flow found in the DK Design Suite, PixelStreams and the RC Series of FPGA development and prototyping boards. Some employees will also join Mentor Graphics to support the tools.
