Altera Sues Zilog for Patent Infringement

Altera Corporation (NASDAQ:ALTR) has filed suit against Zilog, Inc. for patent infringement. The lawsuit alleges that some of Zilog's newest products, including the Zilog eZ80F91 MCU series and ZNEO CPU Z16F series, infringe various Altera® patents. Altera is seeking monetary damages, an injunction and attorney's fees.
